Bristol-Myers Squibb receives FDA warning letter about Puerto Rico plant

Bristol-Myers Squibb on Tuesday confirmed that it received a letter from the FDA warning that one of its manufacturing plants in Puerto Rico is out of compliance. The drugmaker noted that until these issues are resolved, the agency will not issue an approval decision for its new organ-transplant drug, belatacept.
