FDA warns Bristol-Myers Squibb about manufacturing problems at Puerto Rico facility

In a letter released Tuesday, US health regulators warned Bristol-Myers Squibb about repeated manufacturing violations at a facility in Puerto Rico. The FDA noted that the violations, which include failures to take steps to prevent contamination or investigate subpar drug batches, could put any pending new drug approvals on hold until the problems are corrected.
